Live Bidding
Bidsonline auctions are a combination of intenet auctions and real auctions. Before the LIVE bidding starts you can enter your bids and bid against other bidders. You will receive an email each time you are out bid. At LIVE bidding time Bidsonline runs the auction just like a real auction. The auction starts with lot 1 and continues to the last lot.
The LIVE bidding link appears on the home page on the day the auction closes.
You do not have to logon to watch the bidding, however if you want to bid then you must register and then login.
You can click this link before LIVE bidding starts. An hour before LIVE bidding starts the screen will count down the minutes and seconds before it starts. (Yes! this is the only car auction that starts exactly on time!)

Winning Bidder
All vehicles have reserves unless specifically stated in the catalogue. If you are the highest bidder and your bid is higher than the reserve you will receive an email after the auction containing a Pro-Forma invoice on behalf of the auction company. We will then ring you to take a $500 deposit on your credit card. If the car is not as described in this auction we will refund your deposit in full without any fuss. The balance is paid by cash, bank cheque or EFT when you pickup the car.
If you are the highest bidder but your bid is below the reserve you will receive an offer by email to purchase the car at the reserve price.
There is no warranty provided by Bidsonline or the auction company, however many of the cars have the balance of the manufacturers warranty subject to their terms & conditions. Click here to read the full terms & conditions

Viewing cars prior to an auction
You are welcome to visit the auctions to inspect the vehicles. As with all car auctions you can start the car but you are not allowed to take a car for a test drive. If you don't have time to inspect the car then you can still bid as you are covered by our Deposit Refund policy - if the car is not as described when you pick up the car then your deposit is refunded in full without fuss.

Can I withdraw any type of bid?
All bids constitute a legal contract. All bids (before or during an auction) cannot be withdrawn or lowered so please check your bids before you place them and ensure you are happy with the amount specified. You can view your bidding history by accessing 'MY BIDS' located at the top of the page.
Technical Requirements
